In course of providing the services, the information collected by Handistic can be, Personal Information(includes but is not limited to, name, age, address, contact information including email address) or Sensitive Information (information relating to password, financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details; physical, physiological and mental health conditions, sexual orientation, medical history and records; biometric information or any other susceptible detail of the User) (collectively referred to as “Information“).

The User may, in certain instances visit the Website anonymously, without revealing the identity or without intending to provide any Information. Not with standing this, there may be instances, wherein the User may be requested to provide certain Information in order to cater to the requirements of registration and in order to avail the service and assistance of Handistic. Any such Information so collected may also be used to enhance the quality of assistance offered by Handistic.

Handistic complies with the international standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001 as per the Rules. Handistic observes reasonable security measures to protect the Information against hacking and virus dissemination. When Handistic collects data through the Website, it is stored in a secure server. Handistic uses firewalls and encryption by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) coding. Handistic strive to ensure the security of the Information from being decrypted by hackers, however for reasons outside the control of Handistic, security risks may still arise.

Handistic may send to User, other information about the various products, Website ,its business, business partners or relating to other companies through newsletters, SMS updates, or e-mails (“Updates”). If the User does not wish to receive the Updates, the User can unsubscribe by following the un-subscription process or email to support team. The process to unsubscribe may take a minimum of least seven (7) working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and other national or public holidays) from the date of receipt of the request to unsubscribe.
